[HNA] announce Digest, Vol 7, Issue 21

I suggest that you put all the posting, subscribe and unsubscribe
information at the bottom of the e-mails where people expect to find them.
That will allow those of us who have a preview feature to see what is
actually in the digest.  Mostly I don't read the messages because I cannot
see the "Today's Topics" in my preview, only stuff that should be at the
bottom!
