STATEMENT AGAINST MONSTROUS ELECTORAL FRAUD IN

HONDURAS

"The results of the elections in Honduras were altered"

The Coordination of the 19th and Immigrants Department of The FNRP /
Freedom and Re-Foundation Party, citizens of Honduras , organized in the
U.S. and Canada, to the national and international community, express our
emphatic and forceful rejection and condemnation of the monstrous and
blatant electoral fraud in Honduras this past Sunday, November 24, 2013 ,
by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal, following orders of the conservative
right wing National Party and its puppet presidential candidate and
president of the National Congress , aspiring dictator , Juan Orlando
Hernández .

The elections were held under a militarized country, including threats to
the media close to the opposition, intimidation of neutral international
observers, with constant murders of members and / or supporters of the
Freedom and Re-foundation Party, coordinated by President Jose Manuel
Zelaya Rosales (overthrown by a coup on June 28, 2009), and who led,
Xiomara Castro de Zelaya to the presidency by popular will. The tentacles
of this Electoral Fraud also reached the 19 Department as it has been
evidenced by the purchase / sale of credentials by the Democracia
Cristiana, PINU and UD / FAPER parties, which were represented in the MER
(Electoral Receiving Tables) but in the final count the Democracia
Cristiana Party for example got one vote and the UD / FAPER, got zero
votes. Besides, the latter, appeared for the first time the day of the
elections and without being sworn in, as the law dictates assumes its
position in the MER (Mesas Electorales Receptoras).  In addition, in
flagrant violation of the Electoral Law, The Consulates removed people who
had already voted in the past election, and as if this were not enough,
employees of the consulates and embassies also participated in the
electoral process.

Thus

We, from here in the 19th Department, join the request of the leadership of
the FNRP / Freedom and Re-Foundation Party, to the Supreme Electoral
Tribunal to conduct a total and public count of Electoral ballots, as
required by law.

We join and support the call for peaceful protest called by the leadership
of the FNRP / FREEDOM and RE-FOUNDATION PARTY out to the streets to defend
the triumph of our elected president Xiomara Castro de Zelaya to reject the
electoral fraud, which we consider the continuity of the 2009, military
coup, against the dignity of us the Honduran people , peaceful people who
chose to dispute the power from the Honduran oligarchy through elections
and in return receives this second setback to the already weaken democracy
in our country. Plus, the Honduran people is already mourning its first
victim in the context of the Electoral fraud due to the assassination of
our comrade José Antonio Ardon, member of Freedom and Re-foundation Party,
better known as (Emmo Two) who was shot by four bullets near the
neighborhood, Altos de Santa Rosa just hours away from the call to the
national rally against election fraud.

We hold the current regime of Lobo / Hernández responsible of the
assassinations and of any violation of Human Rights of any Honduran
individual citizen or groups who peacefully protest against the electoral
fraud or any other human rights violation committed by this dictatorship
against the people.

We resist and we shall overcome!
