</div><p align="left"><font size="3"><font color="#000000"><div><b> I call upon you and your administration to take a stronger stance an action on the de facto regime of Honduras: that the regime immediately end this standoff by undertaking the following actions:</b> <br>
<br><b>1</b> .Guarantee of safety for legitimate President Manuel Zelaya's life<br> <br><b>2.</b> Immediate cessation of psychological warfare tactics and withdrawal of troops from the perimeter surrounding the Brazilian embassy where the legitimate President of Honduras remains as a guest.<br>
<br><b>3.</b> Halt the widespread intimidation and violation of human rights, and provide guarantee for the safety of members of social organizations, unions, political parties, and all other groups and individuals who oppose the coup.<br>
<br><b>4</b>. Sign the accord and Restore President Manuel Zelaya to his
