For those of us who know Vanesa and were her friends, she was a person who believed in A BETTER WORLD, in Justice and equality for all. At the moment of her death she was a part of the Coodination (Leadership Committee) of the Youth Group of the union, SITRAIHSS; she was bery enthusiastic about the project of leadership training that the union was promoting.
The SITRAIHSS has much to thank Vanesa for, at any moment she was ready to work, in the activities that she was leading, therefore we reiterate our grief for her unexpected death that has dealt a blow to our beloved union organization as well as to the Resistance.
This is an invitation to participate in a candle-light march, Friday, February 12th at 6pm, that Hill begin at the end of Morazan Blvd. . and go to the Brazilian Embacy, in recognition of Vanes's participation in the people's struggle through the Resistance and from the trenches of her struggle: from the SITRAIHSS, from her work at the IHSS Hospital or where ever there was an injustice to defend or fight.
We have attached photos from her participation in the marches of the Resistance.

Para los que conocimos a Vanesa y fuimos sus amigos, era una persona que creia en EN UN MUNDO MEJOR, en la Justicia y la igualdad para todos y todas. Al momento de su muerte formaba parte del la Directiva de Coordinacion del Grupo de Jovenes del SITRAIHSS,estaba muy entusiamada con el proyecto de Formacion que impulsa el Sindicato.
El Sitraihss tiene mucho que agradecerle, ya en cualquier momento tenia disponibilidad al trabajo, a las actvidades a ella encomendada, por consiguiente, reiteramos nuestro pesar por esa muerte inesperada que golpeo nuestra querida organizacion sindical, asimismo a golpeado muy profundamente a la Resistencia.
Estamos invitando a participar en la Marcha de velas, el viernes 12 de febrero 2010, a las 6:00 p.m., iniciando al final del Bulevar Morazan hasta la embajada de Brasil, esto en reconocimiento a la participacion de Vanesa en las luchas del pueblo desde la Resistencia y desde las trincheras que enfrentara, desde el SITRAIHSS, desde su puesto de trabajo en los Quirofanos del Hospital del IHSS o donde hubiera una injusticia que defender o por que pelear.
Les enviomos fotos de su participacion en las marchas de la Resistencia.
